Salary: up to £41,930 per annum; Pension Scheme: Teachers Pension with Employer Contribution of 28.68%; Annual Leave: 53 days per annum, inclusive of public holidays.

What You’ll Do

  • Teach practical sessions on our working farm and in modern agricultural facilities
  • Share your real‑world farming experience to make learning relevant
  • Help students build confidence and job‑ready skills for agricultural careers

What We Need From You

  • A Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Agriculture, Horticulture, Animal Care, or related agricultural field
  • At least 3 years' recent work experience in agriculture, farming, or land management
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to complete teaching and assessing qualifications (we’ll pay for these)
