About the Role
- Teaching, Learning & Student Achievement: Deliver high‑quality teaching, assessment and verification across a range of programmes and levels, supporting learners to achieve their full potential.
- Curriculum Planning & Innovative Delivery: Develop up‑to‑date schemes of work and engaging learning resources, contributing proactively to curriculum development and innovative teaching practice.
- Assessment, Progress & Quality Assurance: Monitor learner progress, provide timely feedback and ensure compliance with awarding body standards and internal quality processes.
- Learner Support, Behaviour & Enrichment: Support students through guidance, behaviour management and enrichment opportunities, including employer links and work experience.
- Professional Practice, Collaboration & Compliance: Maintain accurate records, contribute to team and college activities, and uphold safeguarding, EDI, health & safety and CPD responsibilities.
About You
- Qualifications & Esports Expertise: Degree in Esports or a related field with GCSE English and maths, supported by strong, current knowledge of industry developments and trends.
- Teaching, Learning & Student Experience: Ability to deliver engaging, high‑quality learning experiences, supporting students to achieve success and develop relevant skills.
- Curriculum Knowledge & Continuous Development: Up‑to‑date understanding of the Esports sector with commitment to CPD and innovative teaching practices.
- Communication, Organisation & Teamwork: Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, able to meet deadlines, build relationships and contribute positively within a team environment.
- Professional Values, Safeguarding & Flexibility: Committed to safeguarding, equality and College values, maintaining professionalism with flexibility to work across sites and support student success.
