About You

  • Qualifications: Postgraduate certificate in SpLD or CPT3A (or working towards); Level 2 Literacy and Numeracy; safeguarding training.
  • Knowledge: Ability to maintain accurate records and manage processes professionally; strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Core Competencies: Excellent communication (face‑to‑face, phone, written), ability to influence positively, work collaboratively to meet deadlines, and promote equality and diversity within the role.
  • Values: Flexible approach, willingness to travel across sites, continuous professional development, and awareness of health and safety requirements.
