About the Role
- Learning Centre Management & Staffing – support the Learning Centre Manager with day‑to‑day operations, staffing cover and effective administration of systems.
- ICT Delivery, Assessment & Quality Assurance – contribute to promotion, delivery, assessment and internal verification of ICT provision, ensuring quality standards and compliance.
- Student Recruitment & Learner Support – lead and support recruitment activities, manage enquiries and inductions, guide students through teaching, tutorials, reviews and progress tracking.
- Team Leadership & Professional Development – support and guide trainers, attend meetings and training, stay current with IT developments, work collaboratively to achieve targets.
- Safeguarding, Inclusion & Compliance – maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment by promoting safeguarding, equality & diversity, health & safety, and continuous professional development in line with policies.
About You
- Qualifications, IT & QA expertise – ITQ Level 2 with strong experience using Microsoft Office applications and working within quality assurance frameworks.
- Leadership & Team Contribution – proven ability to lead teams, resolve conflict, valuing colleagues’ expertise, and contributing positively through respectful collaboration.
- Customer Focus & Communication – successful experience in customer‑facing roles, communicating confidently across all channels, promoting the Centre’s reputation, and delivering a high‑quality student experience.
- Performance, Resilience & Values – consistently high performance, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, demonstrating customer focus, high performance, respect and integrity.
