Salary & Benefits: Hourly Paid £12.71

Hours & Contract: 39 hours per week, Sessional – 17th August 2026 until 18th September 2026 (Hourly Paid)

About The Role: As an Associate Registry Enrolment Assistant you will support the Student Registry team, ensuring accurate and timely enrolment for students. Your work will help achieve a smooth and welcoming experience for all students.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately complete student enrolments, input and update records, and generate reports using the college database.
  • Maintain and amend student data, produce ID cards, and ensure enrolment documentation is correctly processed and up to date.
  • Assist with enrolment event setup and provide face-to-face support to students at enrolment hubs.
  • Work collaboratively with the Registry Team to manage enrolment administration and support wider operational tasks as required.
  • Promote and uphold safeguarding practices, ensuring the welfare of young people is prioritised and all duties align with college policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Core Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs including English and Maths (grade 4 or above).
  • Strong organisational and IT skills with confidence in Microsoft Office and computer systems.
  • Effective communicator across phone, face-to-face, and written channels, with the ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively within a team.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure in a busy environment, meet tight deadlines, and provide a welcoming, supportive experience for students and customers.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safeguarding and the welfare of young people; maintains professional boundaries and demonstrates flexibility in working hours.
  • Experience with manual handling tasks is desirable.
