This is a full-time, on-site Bar Staff role located in the Blackpool area. The Bar Staff will be responsible for:
- Providing excellent customer service
- Preparing and serving beverages
- Handling cash transactions
- Maintaining cleanliness
- Ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
- Restocking supplies as needed
- Cooperating with other team members to deliver a seamless guest experience
Qualifications:
- Customer Service and Communication skills to provide a friendly and professional experience for guests
- Experience and knowledge in Food & Beverage preparation and service
- Proficiency in Cash Handling and managing transactions efficiently and accurately
- Ability to participate in Training sessions and apply learned skills effectively
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a positive attitude
- Prior experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality role is advantageous
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak holiday periods as required
