We’re not just building an e-commerce platform - we’re reshaping how fashion & lifestyle brands scale globally. We’re a fast-growing tech company building an innovative ecommerce and wholesale platform, specifically for fashion brands. We started by empowering small and mid-size fashion and lifestyle brands, and as we’ve scaled, so have our clients. Today, we’re proud to partner with household names like Paul Smith, COS and Hush, helping them make their mark globally.
Our platform is designed to be the best in the world and we’re building a team that shares the same ambition. Though we’re a young company, we’ve already captured global attention and work with some of the strongest brands in the Nordics, along with clients across Europe, North America and Asia. As we continue to grow, we have ambitious plans to expand our team and take on new challenges. There’s never been a better time to join us on this journey.
At Centra, we’re looking for teammates who are self-driven, eager to learn and excited to solve big challenges together as a team. We owe our success to the talented people we hire. As we grow, we’ll continue to hire more individuals who share the same mindset.
What you’ll do:
- Spot and connect with potential customers through smart market research and creative outreach
- Strengthen relationships with our existing partners and form new ones that fit Centra’s growth strategy
- Run tailored demos and presentations that show the real impact of Centra to both C-level decision-makers and their teams
- Become a trusted advisor to your prospects — someone they can rely on for insights and honest advice
- Negotiate deals and agreements that work for everyone involved
- Work hand in hand with marketing, customer success and product teams to make sure customer needs are met
- Keep a close eye on market trends, competitors and customer feedback to uncover new opportunities
- Hit (and ideally exceed) your sales targets
- Represent Centra at industry events, meetups and conferences
- Keep the CRM tidy and up to date so the pipeline always tells the full story
- Share your insights and ideas to help shape the local marketing plan
What we’re looking for:
- You have 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales or consulting within digital transformation — and you know how to turn opportunities into long-term partnerships
- You hold a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent in experience) and bring both strategic thinking and hands-on drive to the table
Benefits:
- Cutting-edge equipment (MacBook, AirPods, etc.)
- Support for learning: budget for courses, conferences and self-development
- A multicultural and inclusive environment with regular team-building events
- Attractive referral program
Our recruitment process:
- Introductory Interview: Get to know each other, and discuss your experience & expectations (Online, 30–45 min)
- Online Assessment: Evaluate your cognitive abilities (Online, ~20 min)
- Role-specific interview: Deep dive into your experience, motivation and how you approach challenges relevant to the role (Online/On-site, ~1h)
- Final Interview: Focused on problem-solving, strategic thinking, and clarifying any open questions (Online, ~1h)
