As a Sales Executive at Centra Corp Ltd, you are the primary point of contact for new enquiries and existing account holders. This is a varied role that requires a balance of professional sales ability and careful administrative work. The successful candidate will be primarily based at our office in Whyteleafe, Croydon. You will be responsible for managing inbound service enquiries, converting leads into active projects, and overseeing the claims process for company accounts. Your focus will be on providing a smooth journey for the client, from the initial consultation through to the payment and delivery of works. This role offers excellent commission and bonus earning potential for candidates who hit their monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Enquiry Management: Handle incoming enquiries via phone, email, and web portals with professionalism and accuracy.
- Consultative Selling: Guide clients through our range of services, providing expert advice on the restoration methods best suited to their property.
- Quotation Management: Prepare and follow up on service quotes to ensure a high conversion rate and meet monthly sales targets.
- Project Tracking: Monitor the progress of ongoing restoration works and ensure the client is kept informed throughout.
- Account Support: Provide help and guidance to existing clients to ensure their claim is settled successfully.
- Data Accuracy: Maintain real-time updates in our CRM to ensure the team has precise information for site visits.
Skills & Requirements
- Experience: Preferred minimum of 2 years in a sales or account management role.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain processes clearly to clients and insurers.
- Target Driven: Highly motivated to meet and exceed monthly targets to maximise your earning potential.
- Attention to Detail: A "right first time" approach to all paperwork and forms.
- Organisational Skills: Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy workload.
Salary: Competitive base salary of £29,500 per annum. Earnings: Excellent commission and bonus structure with high earning potential for hitting monthly targets. OTE of £10k+.
