We\’re working with a global surveillance technology company that’s looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join their London team. You’ll be the technical go-to person for both customers and internal teams – helping them get the most from advanced IP CCTV and video surveillance solutions.
What you’ll do:
- Provide technical support and training to sales and support teams
- Assist customers with setup, troubleshooting, and product demos
- Present technical details in meetings, webinars, and live demos
- Act as a bridge between support, R&D, and sales on all technical issues
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years\’ experience in technical support for IP CCTV or IT/network-based systems
- Good understanding of network configuration, CCTV interoperability, and B2B security systems
- Confident in delivering presentations and product training to a variety of audiences
- Microsoft/Cisco certifications or IT qualifications preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
