We’re looking for an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to take ownership of a major multi-site electrical compliance contract across 130+ locations and over 1,250 yearly callouts. You’ll lead the day-to-day delivery of EICRs, PAT, thermal imaging and reactive works across the South-West region.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end delivery of a large electrical compliance contract across multiple sites.
- Act as the primary client contact, handling escalations, service reviews and performance meetings.
- Oversee planning and delivery of EICRs, PAT testing, thermal imaging and reactive works.
- Ensure SLA performance, quality standards and compliance with BS 7671 and HSE regulations.
- Review certification, reports and remedial recommendations for accuracy and compliance.
- Control contract P&L, labour utilisation, subcontractor spend and cost-to-serve.
- Lead and support engineers, subcontractors and service coordinators.
- Drive continuous improvement, process efficiency and scalable delivery across the contract.
- Experience as an Electrical Contracts Manager or in a similar compliance-led role.
- Strong understanding of EICRs, PAT, remedials and reactive works.
- Background managing high-volume, multi-site service contracts.
- Confident in client management, prioritisation and operational decision-making.
- Good commercial awareness and cost control skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
