We’re currently supporting a respected fire protection provider as they look to appoint an experienced Senior Sprinkler Service Engineer to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished engineer who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and first-class customer service.
The Opportunity
In this field-based role, you’ll be travelling to commercial client sites across London, carrying out routine servicing and maintenance on fire sprinkler systems, including wet and dry risers. You’ll play a key part in ensuring systems remain fully functional, compliant, and safe.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting servicing, testing, and maintenance on fire sprinkler systems
- Providing on-site support to engineers and Managers
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and written specifications
- Producing clear, detailed service reports and identifying faults or recommended remedial works
- Keeping the office team updated with progress and completed tasks
- Adhering to all Health & Safety procedures and ensuring correct PPE is used
- Representing the company professionally and maintaining strong client relationships
About You
We’re looking to speak with engineers who bring strong technical capability along with a dependable and proactive approach. Ideal candidates will offer:
- Extensive hands-on experience with commercial sprinkler systems
- Solid understanding of wet and dry risers
- Confidence working independently as well as part of a wider team
- Familiarity with system changeovers and fire alarm interfaces
- Working knowledge of BS EN12845 and BS EN9251
- A practical, mechanical mindset with strong problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A full UK driving license (essential)
