Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Service Manager to lead and manage service operations for a client in the Bath area. The ideal candidate will ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service, manage a team of engineers and support staff, and drive operational excellence across all service activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day service operations, including scheduling, resource planning, and job allocation
- Manage and motivate a team of engineers, ensuring high performance and compliance with company standards
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, resolving issues promptly and professionally
