Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Service Manager to lead and manage service operations for a client in the Bath area. The ideal candidate will ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service, manage a team of engineers and support staff, and drive operational excellence across all service activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day service operations, including scheduling, resource planning, and job allocation
