Service Account Manager – Security | South East (home-based, client sites within the M25) | Up to £55,000 depending on experience + car / allowance Key Responsibilities * Manage day-to-day service delivery across multiple security sites * Act as the main point of contact for key clients * Monitor engineer performance and SLA compliance * Analyse service data and produce performance reports * Oversee small works, surveys and service improvements * Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors and internal teams * Identify opportunities to improve service and grow accounts * Ensure all works comply with industry standards and regulations Technical Focus * CCTV systems * Access Control * Intruder alarms (basic) * Enterprise platforms such as: * C-Cure * Lenel * Gallagher Experience * Background as a field engineer within security systems * Previous experience in a Service Manager / Account Manager role * Strong technical knowledge of CCTV and access control systems * Experience managing enterprise-level sites * Ability to interpret data and manage SLA performance * Excellent communication and client management skills * Organised, proactive and commercially aware Overview We are seeking an experienced Service Account Manager to oversee service delivery across a portfolio of client sites.
