Security Sales | Up to £60,000 basic salary + commission | London

We're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager / Account Manager to join a growing electronic security business covering London and the surrounding areas.

This is a hybrid role, combining 50% new business development with 50% account management.

Your focus will be on winning project sales while also growing maintenance contract revenue and developing existing client relationships.

A dedicated estimating and design team will support you with technical solutions, allowing you to focus on sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Win new electronic security projects.
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
  • Sell project solutions and maintenance contracts.
  • Produce quotations and customer proposals.
  • Work closely with the estimating and design team.
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.

About You

You’ll have a proven background in electronic security sales with experience of enterprise platforms such as:

  • Gallagher
  • C
  • CURE
  • Genetec

Experience with lower-end security systems is also beneficial.

  • Strong technical knowledge of electronic security systems.
  • Experience preparing quotations and proposals.
  • A track record of winning new business and managing key accounts.
