Sales Engineer – Fire Alarm
Combining technical knowledge and customer focus to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Location : South West
Salary : OTE – £65k
- Collaborate with the South East Account Manager to identify and pursue new business opportunities .
- Provide technical expertise during the sales process, including product demonstrations and presentations.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors .
Technical Support
- Design and develop alarm system infrastructure tailored to client needs.
- Support the implementation of software solutions for Nurse Call and Fire Alarm systems.
- Conduct site surveys to determine system requirements and specifications.
- Prepare detailed proposals , tender responses, and quotations.
Client Engagement
- Attend site meetings to address technical and sales aspects of projects.
- Respond to client inquiries with prompt and accurate technical support .
- Collaborate with clients to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Internal Collaboration
- Work with internal sales teams to align strategies and objectives.
- Coordinate with the aftersales team to provide ongoing client support.
- Partner with the project delivery team to ensure timely project completion .
Project Management
- Oversee technical aspects of project implementation .
