Recruitment Consultant – Uncapped Commission | Fast-Track Career Progression
Location: Loughborough (On-site, close to the train station) Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE £50k+ in Year 1)

Responsibilities

  • Own the full 360° recruitment cycle from client acquisition to candidate placement
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and candidates
  • Proactively source, screen, and qualify top talent using multiple channels
  • Hit and exceed KPIs and revenue targets—your success is rewarded
  • Drive new business through cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Collaborate with a supportive team in a fast-paced, high-performance environment

  • Recruitment experience (agency or internal)
  • Sales or business development background is a plus
