A well-established, nationwide building services provider is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to join its growing Building Services division. Operating across the UK, the business delivers full turnkey solutions spanning design, project management, installation, commissioning, and maintenance, with a strong focus on innovative and environmentally responsible technologies.
This is an excellent opportunity to join the business at a key stage of growth, particularly within its expanding heat pump and low-carbon HVAC pipeline.
The Role
Reporting into a senior operational leadership structure, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of HVAC projects for both new and existing clients. The role combines Project Management and Account Management, with a strong customer-facing element.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing HVAC projects from planning through to completion
- Controlling project programmes, budgets, resources, and risk
- Coordinating materials, logistics, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensuring quality, compliance, and inspection standards are met
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Supporting the development and delivery of heat pump systems within projects
Projects may be delivered for a mix of blue-chip and long-standing clients within an established portfolio of works.
About You
You will be an organised, commercially aware Project Manager with strong client engagement skills and a background in HVAC or building services.
Key requirements include:
- Strong project management and coordination skills
- Commercial awareness and customer-facing confidence
- Knowledge or experience of heat pump systems (system-level understanding is sufficient)
- Ability to manage logistics, inspections, and project reporting
- Proficiency with project management software and tools
- A degree or professional qualification in project management, engineering, or a related discipline is desirable but not essential
