Smoke Vent Engineer | Up to £55,000 (DOE) | London and home counties | Hours: Mon–Fri, 08:30–17:00 | Contract: Permanent Benefits * Competitive salary * Training & development opportunities * Company vehicle * Pension scheme * Health plan & wellbeing support * Generous leave allowance Key Responsibilities * Service and maintain smoke ventilation systems (AOVs, control panels, pressure systems) * Diagnose faults and carry out repairs * Conduct inspections and testing to BS EN 12101 standards * Complete compliance documentation and liaise with clients * Support commissioning and handover of new installations What You\’ll Bring * Experience servicing smoke ventilation or fire safety systems * Knowledge of BS 7346, BS EN 12101, and Approved Document B * Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams * Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills * Full UK driving licence * (Electrical/mechanical qualifications and BMS knowledge desirable)
