About The Client

A well-established, family-run business operating for over 30 years within the Fire, Security, Data and Reception systems sector. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage assigned installation projects from inception to completion
  • Support and guide engineers on installations, commissioning, and testing of Fire Alarm Systems
  • Deliver client system demonstrations, handovers and training
  • Attend to general service, maintenance, and repair visits
  • Conduct system design, site surveys and participate in site meetings
  • Provide technical support internally and externally
  • Ensure projects are completed professionally, on time and in line with company values
  • Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders
  • Produce comprehensive written and video reports
  • Supervise internal and subcontracted labour
  • Identify training needs and support engineer development
  • Assist in H&S documentation, site inductions, and toolbox talks
  • Uphold engineering standards and perform quality assurance checks
