Key Responsibilities

* Carry out remedial works on fire/smoke dampers

* Modify or replace ductwork and access panels

* Interpret inspection reports and plan remedial actions

* Conduct fire damper testing and inspections

* Complete compliance documentation and liaise with clients

What You\’ll Need

* Experience in fire damper remedial works and HVAC systems

* Knowledge of fire safety regulations (BS 9999, HTM 03-01 VH001)

* Skilled in ductwork modifications and mechanical repairs

* Relevant certifications (PASMA, IPAF, Asbestos Awareness) preferred

* Full UK driving licence
