Head of Sales

Salary: £75,000

Your focus will be on driving sales strategies to increase market share for device and system sales, while executing plans with System Integrators, Installers, resellers, and select partners to generate sales both within and through channel partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team through strong leadership, coaching, and fostering a culture of continuous learning, with a focus on utilising digital tools and data-driven decision-making.
  • Implement and execute strategies for Fire & Intrusion sales to achieve annual profit targets, accelerate the sales pipeline, and provide accurate forecasting to support demand management and production planning.
