What You’ll Be Doing:
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on Fire & Security systems
- Diagnose and repair faults while ensuring compliance with QA standards
- Respond efficiently to emergencies and breakdowns
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Liaise with subcontractors and assist other trades as needed
- Support contract growth through system upgrades and project work
What You’ll Need:
Essential:
- Fire & Security Apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
- Health & Safety training
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths & English
- Proven experience with fire alarm systems
- Hands-on experience with IP and analogue CCTV
- IPAF training & valid ECS (Chapter 8) card
Desirable:
- City & Guilds Part 3 (Electrical Installation 2360) or equivalent
- IT and networking knowledge
- Supervisory experience (or ambition to move into this area)
Health & Safety:
You’ll be expected to uphold all company and statutory Health & Safety standards, taking responsibility for your own safety and that of others on-site.
