They are currently undergoing an exciting growth phase, delivering high-value projects predominantly within the construction industry. Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage assigned installation projects from inception to completionSupport and guide engineers on installations, commissioning, and testing of Fire Alarm SystemsDeliver client system demonstrations, handovers and trainingAttend to general service, maintenance, and repair visitsConduct system design, site surveys and participate in site meetingsProvide technical support internally and externallyEnsure projects are completed professionally, on time and in line with company valuesMaintain clear communication with clients and stakeholdersProduce comprehensive written and video reportsSupervise internal and subcontracted labourIdentify training needs and support engineer developmentAssist in H&S documentation, site inductions, and toolbox talksUphold engineering standards and perform quality assurance checks
