About Our Client:
Our client is a fast-growing fire and security specialist delivering major government and commercial contracts across the UK. With a strong project pipeline and a flexible, supportive structure, this is a company offering genuine long-term progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and commission fire systems (70%) and some security systems (30%) across government and commercial sites.
- Complete remedial works and system upgrades as required.
- Carry out weekly progress reports to the Project Manager.
- Work flexibly to accommodate night shifts, evening works, and occasional stays away from home.
- Proven experience in fire system installations and commissioning.
- Some exposure to security systems (CCTV, access control, intruder).
- Ability to work on large-scale refurbishment and upgrade projects.
- Strong communication, reporting, and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel and work non-standard hours when needed.
- No call-out rota
- Optional overtime: 1.5x on Saturdays, 2x on Sundays, 1.33x for evening work
- Company van (or car if preferred) with personal use
