* Managing controlled access via the Video Management platform (IMMIX).
* Monitoring electronic alarm signals.
* Providing a high standard of customer care through telephone services in line with security protocols.

Person Specification:
* Must hold a valid SIA CCTV License (Level 2 in CCTV Operations – PSS).
* UK Driving Licence.
