We are seeking two proactive and highly skilled Security Service Engineers to work on prestigious static sites in Central and East London. This role is ideal for engineers with strong enterprise-level experience who want stability, ongoing training, and the opportunity to work with leading integrated security platforms including C-Cure, Gallagher, and Synergy.
You will play a key role in maintaining and supporting complex security infrastructure, ensuring high system uptime, and delivering an exceptional on-site service experience.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver a reliable, courteous, and professional engineering service at all times.
- Maintain high standards of communication and presentation while representing the company on site.
- Ensure all service visits are updated and closed through the helpdesk system.
- Demonstrate a flexible, positive approach with consistently strong performance.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and quality management systems.
- Undertake additional duties as required to support the client and site operations.
- Provide day-to-day service, maintenance, and technical support for integrated access control and security systems (C-Cure, Gallagher, Synergy).
- Assist with system upgrades, enhancements, and project-related works.
- Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and routine testing.
- Support and monitor all security infrastructure to maintain uptime and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams, site management, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless system performance.
- Hold, or be eligible to obtain, DV clearance (minimum SC).
- Proven experience working with enterprise-level or complex site-based security systems.
- Solid technical knowledge of C-Cure, Gallagher, and Synergy (essential).
- Methodical, organised, and capable of working independently on a static site.
- Strong customer service and communication skills—professional, approachable, and solution-driven.
- Proactive, flexible, and able to contribute effectively within a team environment.
- Previous experience in a Security Service Engineer or similar technical role.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise access control and integrated security systems.
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities across access control platforms.
- Additional knowledge of CCTV, networking, or perimeter detection systems is advantageous.
- £40,000 – £46,000 base salary
- Annual train ticket (site-based benefit)
