Job Role & Responsibilities
- Monitoring CCTV activity and images for criminal or suspicious activity
- Taking incoming and making outgoing telephone calls, liaising with customers, clients and security companies
- Updating and reporting on clients' recorded information and creating brief incident reports
- Handling and management of alarms
