Job Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitoring CCTV activity and images for criminal or suspicious activity
  • Taking incoming and making outgoing telephone calls, liaising with customers, clients and security companies
  • Updating and reporting on clients' recorded information and creating brief incident reports
  • Handling and management of alarms
