Job Title: Business Development Manager – Fire Distribution Location: UK Field-Based Salary : OTE- £60k+ The Opportunity: Fuel Growth in Fire Distribution spearhead new business development across the UK. Key Responsibilities: Drive new business development, focusing on generating leads and acquiring new clients. Sell new products and services to existing clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective strategies for market penetration. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. About You: Ideally, you will have 3-5 years of sales experience within the Fire and Security sector or a similar field, with a proven track record in new business development. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a keen eye for identifying and capitalising on opportunities.
