Key Responsibilities:
- Full control and management of site works in line with contract documents.
- Co-ordinate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Conduct regular toolbox talks and maintain strong communication with site teams.
- Uphold and enforce company health and safety standards and procedures.
- Monitor quality control to ensure compliance with contract and statutory requirements.
- Oversee subcontractor and in-house labour performance, reporting progress to the project team.
- Manage material and equipment requirements, ensuring timely procurement and deployment.
- Supervise testing works and maintain accurate site documentation.
- Ensure all site activities are completed to the agreed time, cost, and quality specifications.
- Attend site meetings and support the design team where necessary.
- Take proactive steps to identify and implement business and quality improvements.
