Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management & Account Management in line with contract specifications, national standards, and legislation.
- Client Development & Business Growth – supporting the expansion of the consultancy and strengthening client relationships.
- Process Improvement – assisting in the development of company procedures and systems to improve efficiency.
- Technical Expertise & CPD Training – ongoing development in key areas, including:
- Surveys
- Feasibility and Options Reports
- Specification Preparation & Contractual Compliance
- Contract Management
- Asset and Maintenance Management
- Witness Testing
Additional Information:
- Location: Office-based in Surrey, with site visits as required. Future Chelmsford office under consideration.
- Hybrid Working: Once familiar with projects and processes, remote working will be an option.
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (1-hour break, with flexibility available).
- Salary: £55,000 PA (annual review in March).
- Bonus: Performance and profitability-based.
- Pension: 5% company contribution (3% minimum employee input, with opt-out option).
- Vehicle Allowance: £450/month (subject to business use and roadworthiness).
- Business Mileage: 45p/mile (Inland Revenue rate).
- Expenses: Reimbursed with VAT receipts (uploaded via company app).
- Holidays: 25 days + Bank Holidays (minimum of 3 days reserved for Christmas closure).
- Insurance: Death and Accident cover post-probation.
- Medical Cover: Available post-probation (subject to BIK).
- Eye Care: £200 contribution for glasses (eye test covered every 2 years).
