Key Responsibilities
- Design and review contractor proposals, drawings, and specifications.
- Oversee Risk Assessments and Method Statements, ensuring compliance.
- Manage lift and escalator projects, including new installations and replacements.
- Conduct site Health and Safety audits, maintenance audits, and EN81-80 audits.
- Perform traffic analysis, procurement exercises, and witness testing.
- Handle account and lift contract management duties.
- Troubleshoot issues and occasionally perform LOLER examinations.
- Lead accident investigations and report findings.
- Collaborate on FM, maintenance, and compliance projects.
- Prepare regular reports and manage project documentation.
