Key Responsibilities

  • Design and review contractor proposals, drawings, and specifications.
  • Oversee Risk Assessments and Method Statements, ensuring compliance.
  • Manage lift and escalator projects, including new installations and replacements.
  • Conduct site Health and Safety audits, maintenance audits, and EN81-80 audits.
  • Perform traffic analysis, procurement exercises, and witness testing.
  • Handle account and lift contract management duties.
  • Troubleshoot issues and occasionally perform LOLER examinations.
  • Lead accident investigations and report findings.
  • Collaborate on FM, maintenance, and compliance projects.
  • Prepare regular reports and manage project documentation.

Who We’re Looking For

Qualifications: NVQ3 or NVQ4 in Lift Engineering.

Experience: Background in Lift Engineering Consultancy or Project Management.
