Centiva Capital, LP, a multi-strategy, multi-manager hedge fund, is seeking a talented developer with expertise in credit products. Our professional, fast-paced, and rapidly growing environment offers an exciting opportunity for the right candidate. We are looking for someone with 3+ years of experience, a solid understanding of credit-related products, and a proven track record of producing high-quality, in-production code.
The ideal candidate will have experience building research toolkits, risk and analytics frameworks, P&L and attribution tools, dashboards, and operational automation utilities. This role is part of a highly skilled technology team, collaborating with a profitable desk to achieve the business’s objectives.
Location: London, with a requirement to be in the office at least three days a week.
Ideal Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent experience
- Master’s degree in Quant Finance or Financial Engineering
- Experience with fixed income risk and P&L attribution analysis
- Sell-side or buy-side experience with derivatives
Technical Requirements:
- Timeseries Analysis, Matplotlib, Excel
- Corporate and Government Bonds
- Credit Default Swaps, Credit Default Swaptions, Credit Default Obligations
Preferred Skills:
- Experience pricing and risk managing fixed income products
- Experience developing risk/P&L reporting dashboards or GUIs
- Knowledge of derivative reference data, market data, market conventions, and models
- Familiarity with vendors like Moody's, SpiderRock, Bloomberg, ICE, LSEG
- Experience with security master mappings
- Familiarity or proficiency with AI tools
