JOB DESCRIPTION: Centerstone is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Therapist to join our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality behavioral health services to individuals, families, and groups, focusing on promoting mental health, wellness, and recovery. As a CCBHC Therapist, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of our clients. Pay Range: $60,000 – $90,000 Pay Range $60,000- $70,000 (All three-letter license and Associate and pending licenses) Pay Range $70,000- $90,000 (All 4-letter license) MLC Sign on Bonus 3,000 Licensed Therapist Sign On Bonus 5,000 Candidates with years of experience may be eligible for additional pay. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain necessary communications and reporting with referral sources and other involved parties as approved by client. Maintain effective working relationships with the clinical team Maintain timely/accurate clinical records in accordance with organization policies. Maintain effective relationships with Community referral sources. Participate in the development and implementation of quality clinical practices. Meet billable hour productivity standards. Complete ANSA/CANS assessments and reassessments on time. Complete clinical documentation within two business days of the service provided. Complete treatment plans and other clinical service authorizations in a timely manner. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods. Provide excellent customer service to individuals seeking our services. QUALIFICATIONS Education Level Master\’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field is required. Years of Experience Three to five years\’ experience in behavioral health environment is preferred.Experience in evidence-based and best practices interventions is preferred.
