Working closely with engineering, sales and marketing, you will help turn ideas and customer feedback into reliable, high-quality products that support our international growth. You will bring a systematic, organised approach to product development, quality management and document control – keeping processes simple, effective and scalable.

Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of product assembly strategies that align with business goals and support international growth.
- Champion product quality throughout the product lifecycle, from initial concept and development through to launch and ongoing improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering, sales and marketing to improve product design, features, performance and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain simple, systematic, automated quality management processes that support consistency, continuous improvement and business growth.
- Maintain clear, accurate and well-organised product documentation, with effective document control and revision management.
- Support market research and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and translate insights into practical product improvements.
- Coordinate product development activities, priorities and timelines to ensure timely delivery against agreed requirements and quality standards.
- Act as a central point of contact for product-related enquiries, coordinating input and support across the team.
- Monitor product performance and quality, helping investigate issues and implement effective corrective actions.
- Facilitate internal training on product features, benefits and relevant processes, encouraging knowledge sharing and teamwork.
Qualifications and Attributes
- A degree in Engineering, Product Design, Business or a related field, or equivalent relevant practical experience.
- Experience in product development, product management, quality management or a similar role, ideally within a technical, engineering or fast-growing business.
- A systematic, organised approach, with strong attention to detail and experience maintaining controlled documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data and feedback into practical improvements.
- An innovative mindset, balanced with a commitment to simplicity, reliability and product quality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach and strong team spirit.
