Centers Dialysis Care is seeking Registered Dialysis Nurses (RN) for our dialysis center in Bronx, NY . Duties Assess patient status and monitor care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Coordinate patient care and provide education. Administer medications and treatments as directed. Monitor and document patient responses. Mobilize resources for complex cases to enhance patient participation in recovery. Use assessment and diagnostic information to anticipate healthcare needs. Ensure effective handoff communication. Adjust staffing as needed based on unit needs. Provide individualized comfort measures using evidence-based practices. Participate in performance improvement activities. Perform other related duties as required.
