Position Overview
University Center, a 46-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility located in Bronx, NY, is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our team. We are offering a $2,500 Sign-On Bonus.
Compensation
Base rate is $31.94 per hour with an additional 10% shift differential for evenings and nights.
Responsibilities
- Collecting required information from new Residents to be admitted.
- Recording health details of Residents, including vitals and temperature.
- Administering medications and injections to Residents as needed.
- Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores as needed.
- Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) may be required.
- Assisting Residents with dressing and personal hygiene.
- Monitoring Residents' food and liquid intake and output.
Requirements
- Must be able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Valid LPN license in the state.
- Good standing with the State Registry.
