Join to apply for the Certified Practical Nurse role at Centers Health Care. University Center is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Skilled Nursing Facility in Bronx, NY. Now Offering a $2,500 Sign-On Bonus. Base rate is $31.94 with an additional 10% shift differential for evenings and nights.

Duties:

  • Collecting required information from new Residents to be admitted.
  • Recording health details of Residents, including vitals & temperature.
  • Administering medications and injections to Residents as needed.
  • Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores as needed.
  • Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) may be required.
  • Assisting Residents with dressing and personal hygiene.
  • Monitoring Residents' food and liquid intake and output.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to work as a team member.
  • Valid LPN State license.
  • Must be in good standing with State Registry.
