Argyle Assisted Living Program is actively seeking motivated Certified Home Health Aides for all shifts at our Assisted Living Facility in Argyle, NY.

DUTIES:

• Observing and monitoring Residents
• Providing housekeeping and laundry services
• Assisting Residents with personal hygiene, including bathing and grooming
• Supporting Resident care and activities as needed
• Documenting Residents\’ weight monthly
• Reporting health issues to the supervising nurse
• Maintaining confidentiality of all Resident & Facility data

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid New York State HHA Certification
• Ability to perform occasional heavy lifting
• Ability to follow the Plan of Care precisely
• Teamwork skills
