We’re looking for a Lead Software Engineer to join our innovative team and play a key role in shaping the future of our Centerprise Advance Production Engine (CAPE) platform.

Trusted by the Ministry of Defence for over three decades, Centerprise also supports IT needs in education, government, healthcare and emergency services sectors.

What you’ll be doing:
- Leading hands-on development across CAPE applications, services, and shared libraries
- Designing and maintaining robust, scalable systems
- Managing databases and optimising performance
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical challenges
- Supporting deployment infrastructure to ensure smooth, reliable operations
- Contributing to the expansion of CAPE across new business units and customers
What we’re looking for:
Essential:- Strong experience with C# and .NET (ideally .NET 8+)
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and database design
- Confident with Visual Studio and Azure DevOps (Git)
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with DevExpress UI components
- Familiarity with ClickOnce / One Click deployment
- Knowledge of enterprise application infrastructure
- Understanding of Windows deployment technologies
