Take ownership of growth across Centerprise’s Asset Management business, helping organisations manage end-of-life technology securely and responsibly. You will develop existing customer relationships, open new accounts, and position our IT asset disposal services alongside the wider Centerprise portfolio. This is a commercially focused role with clear targets, direct customer impact and the opportunity to shape your own pipeline.

Role Summary

You will manage and grow a portfolio of existing and prospective customers, with a primary focus on IT asset disposal services. Using your knowledge of the asset management sector, ADISA standards, IT hardware and the refurbished market, you will identify opportunities, build strong relationships and deliver sustainable revenue and margin growth.

What you’ll do

  • Manage and develop existing customer accounts.
  • Identify untapped opportunities by mapping customer requirements and relationships.
  • Introduce relevant services from across the wider Centerprise portfolio.
  • Build long-term relationships that support account retention and growth.
  • Identify and engage prospective customers across SME and enterprise markets.
  • Develop a strong pipeline of qualified asset management opportunities.
  • Position Centerprise’s IT asset disposal capabilities clearly and confidently.
  • Turn customer requirements into commercially sound proposals.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain a clear view of opportunities, priorities and expected outcomes.
  • Provide accurate monthly revenue and gross margin forecasts.
  • Take responsibility for progressing opportunities through to completion.
  • Understand each customer’s operational, security and commercial requirements.
  • Ensure agreed services are delivered in line with the relevant contract.
  • Communicate clearly with customers, colleagues and delivery teams.
  • Resolve concerns professionally while protecting the customer relationship.

Governance

  • Follow Centerprise information security policies and report potential weaknesses or incidents promptly.
  • Support a strong health and safety culture across the Group.
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout the sales process.

What you’ll bring

  • Previous experience within the IT asset disposal industry.
  • A strong understanding of the ADISA Standard and associated accreditation.
  • Experience managing customer accounts and developing new business.
  • Evidence of identifying, progressing and closing sales opportunities.
  • Strong customer service, presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of IT hardware and its commercial lifecycle.
  • A clear understanding of the second-user and refurbished technology market.
  • Confidence in discussing IT asset disposal services with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Competence using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
