Be the difference between a good break and a great break. We are seeking a cheerful and efficient Security Officer to join our team and ensure the safety and security of our village and guests. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a vital role in creating a positive first impression.
What you'll be doing:
- Provide a warm welcome to guests, visitors and colleagues
- Patrol the village by vehicle, cycle and foot, ensuring safety and security
- Respond to emergencies, liaise with emergency services and complete incident reports

Your working hours:
- Full-time contract, straight 12 hour shifts
- You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 161 hours over a 4‑week period.
- You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
- This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
About you:
- Strong communication skills and ability to perform under pressure
- Good IT knowledge with a friendly, approachable attitude
- Full Driving Licence (held for at least 6 months)
- SIA Door Supervisor licence and First Aid qualification or willing to undertake training
