Start every break with a warm welcome. From check-in to check-out, you'll help guests settle in, answer their questions and make sure everything runs smoothly. It's about great service, quick solutions and being the person people turn to.
What you'll be doing:
- Checking guests in and welcoming them to the village
- Answering questions by phone and in person
- Logging maintenance issues and helping with activity bookings

Your working hours:
- Part-time contract, with shifts falling between 8:30am and 10:30pm
- You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 64 hours over a 4‑week period.
- You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
- This role includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays
