Oversee compliance, budgets and team performance while promoting a positive and motivated work culture. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements These shifts will fall between 7am and 6pm and will include working 1 in 5 weekends (subject to change) About you Level 3 or above City and Guilds or equivalent in either Electrical, Mechanical or Plumbing Skilled in management and delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office Strong people management skills including coaching and performance management Skilled in managing multi-disciplinary teams, including task planning and prioritisation Effective communication at all levels Competent in budgeting, financial control and working independently under pressure Our values Each colleague at Center Parcs is involved in building better worlds for our guests, colleagues, communities and our environment.
