All colleagues working in the following restaurants: Rajinda Pradesh, Huck's American Bar and Grill, The Pancake House, Sports Café, The Lakeside Inn, Forester’s Inn and Vitalé Café Bar will benefit from the discretionary service charge we add to bills. We are seeking a reliable Kitchen Steward / Porter to support our kitchen team. This role involves waste disposal, deep cleaning and operating pot-washing equipment to ensure a safe and sanitary kitchen environment.

What you'll be doing:

  • Dispose of kitchen waste safely and hygienically
  • Deep clean kitchen and wash-up areas
  • Sweeping, mopping and operating pot-washing machinery

Your working hours:

  • Part-time, shifts fall between 1:00pm to 11:30pm
  • You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 64 or 128 hours over a 4‑week period.
  • You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
  • This role includes evenings and weekends
