Help keep the forest feeling fresh by supporting the smooth running of our Housekeeping operation. This hands-on role may include cleaning and deep-cleaning lodges, moving and replenishing linen, towels, furniture and inventory, supporting laundry and stores activity, completing checks, reporting defects and providing helpful service across the village.

What you'll be doing:

  • Clean, prepare and support accommodation areas to agreed standards, including deep-cleaning tasks when required.
  • Deliver, collect and replenish linen, towels, furniture, cleaning materials and inventory across accommodation and village locations.
  • Support stock, stores, laundry and logistics activity, including receiving deliveries, loading and unloading vehicles, and completing records accurately.
  • Carry out guest-ready, health and safety or smoke detector checks where required, reporting defects or maintenance issues promptly.
  • Provide friendly, helpful service to guests and colleagues while working safely, efficiently and to high standards.
  • Work flexibly across different Housekeeping support activities, which may include outdoor work and manual handling tasks.

Your working hours:

  • Part-time contract, shifts fall between 10:00am to 2:45pm.
  • You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 38 hours over a 4‑week period.
  • You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements.
  • This role includes bank holidays.

About you:

  • Good communication skills and a friendly, helpful approach to guest service.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and safety.
  • Able to identify issues, report defects and seek practical solutions.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team in a busy, physical, hands-on environment.
  • Full UK driving licence held for at least 6 months may be required for some duties; willingness to undertake trailer training may also be needed.
