Create festive magic for every guest. Join the magic of Christmas and help create unforgettable festive experiences! You'll play a key role in spreading Christmas cheer, delivering exceptional customer service and making every guest smile through magical seasonal activities.

What you'll be doing:

  • Welcome and engage guests in Santa's Woodland Workshop and Winter Wonderland
  • Deliver cheerful entertainment and elfish antics to delight children and families
  • Support in seasonal events including Santa's Greetings and Brunch with Santa
  • Maintain a joyful atmosphere and uphold the spirit of Christmas

Your working hours:

  • Full-time and part-time contracts available, with shifts falling between 8am and 9pm
  • We are offering a number of annualised and fixed-term (until 24th December 2026) contracts for this role, whereby you'll be required to work a minimum amount of hours per year across our peak holiday periods or over a 4-week period
  • This role includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays
