Provide calm care in the forest. We're looking for a qualified First Aider with a passion for helping others and making a real difference. In this role, you'll provide immediate care and support to guests and colleagues, ensuring safe and effective triage, treatment and referral when needed.

What you'll be doing:

  • Respond to first aid and emergency call outs, providing assessment and treatment.
  • Triage and treat at the First Aid Centre, referring to healthcare service providers when needed.
  • Record incidents accurately, ensuring compliance with company and GDPR standards.
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and provide welfare follow-ups, documenting onward treatment needs.

Your working hours:

  • Part-time contract, shifts fall between 8:30am and 9:00pm, varying in 8 to 11.5 hours in length.
  • You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 112 hours over a 4‑week period.
  • You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements.
  • This role includes evenings.

About you:

  • First Aid certification, with AED or extensive experience in providing First Aid.
  • BLS Adult and Paediatrics or prepared to undertake training.
  • Qualification in Oxygen administration or prepared to undertake training.
  • Full driving licence, held for a minimum of 6 months.
  • Able to work under pressure, prioritise and make calm decisions.
  • Strong communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft and other systems.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
