Help keep the forest feeling fresh. Join our team as an Accommodation Standards Team Member. You'll help maintain and improve standards, promoting a 'right first-time' approach to deliver an outstanding guest experience and meet departmental goals.

What you'll be doing:

  • Complete Guest Ready Checks to ensure accommodation meets company standards
  • Log and resolve cleaning issues where possible, escalating when needed
  • Report faults via the company fault reporting system
  • Meet targets for completed checks and guest satisfaction scores

Your working hours:

Part-time, Fridays and Mondays only, 9:45am to 4:15pm. You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 48 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements. This role includes bank holidays.
