We're looking for someone with creativity, curiosity and energy. Someone who thrives on generating new ideas, loves experimenting with emerging trends and is passionate about creating social-first content that stands out. If you have a talent for storytelling, an eye for premium visuals and a passion for building engaged online communities, this is your opportunity to make a real impact with a much-loved lifestyle and wellbeing brand.

What you'll be doing:

  • Working alongside the Social Media Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping Aqua Sana's brand social presence through creative, insight-driven content that brings our premium brand to life.
  • Lead and execute social-first brand storytelling - Bring the brand to life across UK and Ireland social channels, creating and managing engaging content plans that blend proactive campaigns, reactive moments and platform-first creativity to keep audiences inspired, connected and coming back for more.
  • Craft compelling content that elevates the brand - Create and deliver engaging social-first content, including video, visuals and copy, that brings brand campaigns to life, grows audience engagement and enhances the overall brand experience.
  • Use data and insights to optimise social media performance - Monitor social performance and support monthly reporting, using insights, analytics, audience behaviours and platform trends to test, learn and make clear recommendations that improve future content, engagement, reach, visual quality and overall channel standards.
  • Create powerful brand moments through partnerships and content - Bring the brand to life through influencer collaborations and first-hand content creation, capturing authentic experiences and transforming them into premium social assets that strengthen brand connection and expand audience reach.

What you'll need:

  • Experience in a social media role, creating impactful brand-led content and working closely with agencies and creative teams to deliver compelling, audience-focused campaigns.
  • Experience creating and delivering impactful social media campaigns, generating a constant flow of content ideas and using data and insights to measure performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Due to the nature of this role, you will also be required to travel to our villages based in the UK and Ireland on average 1 to 2 times per month, including some overnight stays. Some overnight shoots will also be required. For this reason and that our village locations are not always accessible via public transport we will be looking for people to hold a Full UK driving licence.
  • As part of your application, we'd welcome a portfolio or examples of recent social media work that demonstrate your creative approach, content development, campaign execution and use of performance data and insights to drive results.

  • Discounts on breaks and in our shops and restaurants.
  • Bonus scheme and recognition rewards.
  • A supportive, friendly team.
