What you'll be doing:
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver great service and festive experiences
- Plan and support seasonal events like Forest Fayre, Brunch with Santa and Discos
- Improve efficiency and meet financial targets through smart planning
- Resolve guest queries and use your skills to monitor and boost performance

Your working hours:
- Please note this is a fixed-term contract until 29th January 2027
- Full-time contract
- You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 160 hours over a 4‑week period.

- Ability to lead a team in a busy, fast paced environment
- A good level of computer literacy and analytical skills
- Previous supervisory experience at a similar level
